Portland Maintenance Fair (March 14, 2013)
Every March, Multifamily NW puts on a maintenance-themed trade show for our industry that creates a real value for our members' facilities' staffs to attend and take advantage of custom, hands-on education as well as the best new products and ideas from the trade show floor. Last year we experienced record numbers, with nearly 500 attendees and 45 trade show booths. Get noticed by participating with a booth space on the floor, sponsoring individual classrooms to distribute your material, opting to fund specific event amenities that, in turn, display prominent signage, or reserving ad space in the program that the attendees reference throughout the day. There are so many great ways to participate!
Reverse Trade Show (November 2013)
The Reverse Trade Show a GREAT opportunity to meet face-to-face with multifamily industry decision makers! Multifamily NW Multifamily Charity Golf Tournament (July 11, 2013)
In 2011, the Charity Golf Tournament celebrated 25 years of raising necessary funds benefiting local housing charities while members enjoy a great day of golf. This year is no different, as we take over the Langdon Farms Golf Club for a full day of 18 holes, featuring lunch and dinner banquets. This popular event typically sells out, so mark your calendars and watch your inboxes for notices to register. Sponsorships are required to golf, and additional opportunities are available to lend your name to this awesome event. Every hole may be sponsored as well, giving plenty of face time to the stars of our industry that faithfully participate and look forward to this once-a-year charity event.
Spectrum Educational Conference & Trade Show (September 19, 2013)
Spectrum is the largest multifamily industry event in Oregon. Every September, over 1,000 attendees converge at the Oregon Convention Center for a full day of industry education and a trade show floor full of the best resources for property managers and landlords. More than 150 exhibitors take part in Spectrum, networking on the trade show floor and taking advantage of the many additional sponsorship opportunities to achieve further recognition.
