When to Say Goodbye:  Are you wondering if it’s time to say goodbye to an employee?  How do you know?  Can we do it now?  Is it “safe” to let them go?  Do we have the conversation on Friday (before the weekend) or Monday (just as the week is getting moving)?  What do we do about their personal belongings? What if they give notice and leave early? Should we pay severance and how much? These may be familiar questions, and each has a different answer depending on the employee and organization’s actions prior to the goodbye.  A goodbye can be voluntary, mutually agreed upon, or involuntary.    Please join us to learn more about the answers and the processes that can mitigate risk when saying goodbye.

You can send us a note in advance for your question or ask at the time of the meeting. What HR issue are you struggling with, we’ll help you with an answer? If you are looking for ways to work on an HR related project or you want to confirm your knowledge.... then join us.  Come and ask your questions and let us help you!
