Affordable Housing Stabilization Fund 2022 NOFA Release

 Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is pleased to announce the release of the Affordable Housing Stabilization Fund - Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). The Affordable Housing Stabilization Fund is a $5 million non-competitive grant program to help affordable housing providers who have outstanding debt as a result of tenant nonpayment of rent from April 1, 2020, to April 30, 2022.

Grant recipients must use any grant funding to alleviate the debt owed by tenants from this period. These resources have been provided by the Oregon Legislature and are being offered statewide through the designated program administrator, Home Forward.

Complete applications must be submitted via the Affordable Housing Stabilization Fund portal by 5 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on September 16, 2022.
