As the Director of Business Development Don has two responsibilities. One is to look internally at the organization and where possible improve the processes, productivity and profitability of SMI. His customer facing responsibilities afford him the opportunity to make friends, have fun and spread the word about SMI. SMI has been in the Albany / Keizer / Salem area since 1976 and is a well respective property management firm.
