Lacey Bowman

Lacey is a multifamily housing professional with over 14 years of experience across affordable, conventional, and luxury housing throughout Oregon and SW Washington. She began her career as an on-site manager for rural, very-low-income communities before expanding into large conventional properties, luxury high-rises, and lease-ups. Lacey holds certifications in Rural Development, LIHTC, and earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through NAA. Lacey also contributed to industry education through committee service and teaching classes. She now serves as Member Engagement Manager for Multifamily NW, supporting connection, education, and leadership within the industry. Outside of work, she is a longtime Hood to Coast Captain and owns a farm with her husband and a full crew of animals.
