Tim Jellum

Tim Jellum serves as Vice President of Property Management for Mill Creek Residential’s Arizona, Oregon, and Washington markets. Mr. Jellum started at Mill Creek in 2018 as the Regional Manager overseeing Colorado and Oregon, then expanded to include Washington State. Mr. Jellum has experience with new development and redevelopment, garden-style to high-rise, and transactions oversight.  Mr. Jellum started his property management career at Equity Residential before experiencing his first sale transaction and joining Holland Residential. He was promoted to Regional Manager overseeing the Portland markets and managed operations during the opening of the award-winning Orenco Station development in suburban Portland.
