Multifamily NW and the attorneys at Andor Law have upgraded the Oregon Landlord/Tenant law classes. Take advantage of this 9-part series, updated for 2026, is logically organized and presented for maximum retention and efficiency for busy rental housing providers. These classes may be registered individually or for more advantageous pricing, as a full series!

This Winter, the 9-part series will begin on January 21st and run through March 25th on consecutive Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

In this Court considerations; Security Deposit Accounting and Abandoned Property class, you will learn additional guidance about your termination options, handling security deposits, and dealing with abandoned property.
