After surviving breast cancer, I realized life is too short to settle for ordinary. That experience changed how I lead, serve, and show up for others.
I founded Strong Roots Benefit Advisors because I wanted to build more than an insurance brokerage. I wanted to create a company that helps employers invest in their greatest asset—their people. We simplify employee benefits, educate employees to make confident decisions, and help businesses create healthier, stronger workplaces.
My passion for serving extends far beyond the office. For nearly a decade, I've led annual dental mission trips to Guatemala, where I've witnessed firsthand the power of compassion, teamwork, and giving back.
I'm also the founder of Queen of the Green, a golf event that empowers women to learn the game while raising money for Kathy's Place, supporting moms and their children with housing and other resources. It's proof that business, philanthropy, and connection can create real impact.
Whether I'm helping a CEO build a benefits strategy, mentoring women in business, organizing a fundraiser, or serving in Guatemala, my mission is simple:
