Event Details

Multifamily NW is pleased to launch our affordable webinar lunch and learn series with Anna McCormack from Warren Allen, LLP. Join us monthly to catch up on what's new, or for a refresher on things that are a constant in the affordable housing arena.

This month Anna will be covering recertifications—whether initial, annual, or interim—can be one of the most challenging and frustrating aspects of affordable housing compliance for both housing providers and tenants. With complex rules, tight timelines, and high stakes for noncompliance, it’s critical to get it right the first time.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the key differences between initial, annual, and interim recertifications
  • Navigate compliance requirements with greater clarity and confidence
  • Identify and avoid common mistakes that can lead to noncompliance
  • Streamline your recertification process to save time and reduce frustration
  • Improve efficiency while maintaining program integrity

Attendees will leave with actionable strategies and practical insights they can apply immediately—making recertifications smoother, more efficient, and far less overwhelming.

Don’t miss this opportunity to strengthen your compliance knowledge and simplify your recertification process. Whether you’re new to affordable housing or looking for a refresher, this session will equip you with the tools you need to succeed.
