Attracting and developing the next generation of multifamily professionals starts with a strong internship program. But creating one that truly delivers value—to both your organization and your interns—requires thoughtful planning and execution.
This webinar will guide property management companies and multifamily housing owners through the process of designing, implementing, and running a successful internship program. From defining goals and structuring meaningful learning experiences to onboarding, mentorship, and performance feedback, we’ll cover the essential components that turn internships into long-term talent pipelines.
Participants will learn how to:
  • Design an internship program aligned with business needs
  • Create clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Structure mentorship and supervision for success
  • Provide meaningful, hands-on experiences in property management
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and convert interns into future hires
Whether you’re launching a new program or refining an existing one, this session will provide practical tools and strategies to help you build a sustainable internship model that supports workforce development and long-term growth.
