Everyone Village of Hope Project – October 2025
Making an Impact Together – One Project at a Time
Join Multifamily NW’s Southwest Valley Council and Service Committee this fall as we roll up our sleeves for a powerful day of giving back at Everyone Village—a growing transitional housing community in Eugene that’s making real change for our most vulnerable neighbors.
Following a recent walk-through with Executive Director Gabe Piechowicz, we’re excited to return in October to support the next phase of their expansion. Just months ago, empty plots have transformed into peaceful recovery units now serving residents with shelter, safety, and hot meals.
This fall, we’re taking it a step further.
Our Hands-On Projects:
-
Tree planting and landscaping throughout the village
-
Installation of two recycled water refill stations
-
Leveling and preparing ground for hardscape pavers
-
Spreading bark dust and beautifying pathways between units
-
Building a 12x16 pergola gathering space next to the recovery area
With help from our incredible members, donors, and proceeds from the 2025 SWV Charity Golf Tournament, we’re aiming to fund and complete as many of these projects as possible. Our collective effort will bring comfort, dignity, and community to a place already doing so much good.
How You Can Help:
-
Donate when you register for classes or events through fall
-
Sponsor or golf at the SWV Charity Golf Tournament on August 21
-
Spread the word and help us bring more hands, hearts, and hope to the village
-

Gabe will also be a guest speaker at our tournament dinner, sharing more about Everyone Village and how housing industry leaders like you can make a difference.
Together, let’s build something meaningful—because creating housing is more than construction; it’s about community.
