Event Details

Landlord Study Hall is moving to the 2nd Wednesday of the month in 2026! All classes will be held at the Multifamily NW offices in Tigard.

TOPIC: Water, Sewer & Trash, Oh My: How to Bill for Utilities in Oregon

Utility billing in Oregon can be confusing, and getting it wrong can carry real risk. Join Attorney Anna McCormack for an in-person conversation focused on how housing providers can properly bill for water, sewer, and trash—while staying compliant with Oregon landlord-tenant law.

This interactive session is designed to encourage open discussion, real-world questions, and peer connection. Anna will walk through key compliance principles in plain language, then spend dedicated time answering attendee questions and discussing common scenarios faced by housing providers.

This in-person meeting is ideal for property managers, owners, and multifamily professionals who value collaborative learning, direct access to legal insight, and meaningful industry connections.
