With over a decade of experience in the industry, she has held roles across on-site operations, compliance, screening, and training, bringing a well-rounded and practical perspective to her work.

Amy currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at Stratum, where she designs and implements training programs that support operational excellence and team performance. She is also the founder of Bertrand Consulting, where she provides training and consulting services to property management companies, independent landlords, and industry organizations.

Known for her “lead with the why” approach, Amy focuses on helping professionals not only understand what to do, but why it matters—empowering them to make confident, informed decisions in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
