Stephanie Puryear Helling is the founder of SPH Services - Leading People and Teams to Success. Her expertise is grounded in more than 21 years of experience in multifamily operations, leadership development, and education and training for a global organization. She previously served as President of NAAEI, where she continues to serve and contribute thought leadership in support of leadership development and career outreach and promotion across the industry.
