Event Details

Landlord Study Hall is moving to the 2nd Wednesday of the month in 2026! All classes will be held at the Multifamily NW offices in Tigard.

TOPIC: Fair Housing is Alive and Well in Oregon

Fair housing laws continue to shape how housing providers operate across Oregon. This in-person class will explore the current fair housing landscape, highlighting recent trends, enforcement priorities, and common areas of risk for housing provider professionals. Attendees will gain practical guidance on applying fair housing principles consistently, avoiding unintentional discrimination, and responding confidently to real-world scenarios. Whether you’re new to fair housing or looking for a timely refresher, this session reinforces why fair housing remains critical—and very much alive—in Oregon.

This in-person meeting is ideal for property managers, owners, and multifamily professionals who value collaborative learning, direct access to legal insight, and meaningful industry connections.
