TOPIC: Portland Specific Rental Laws: Understanding Obligations of the FAIR Ordinance

Join us for an in-person training led by Anna McCormack focused on the City of Portland’s FAIR Ordinance and what it means for housing provider professionals. This session will break down the key requirements of the ordinance, including screening, application processes, and fair access considerations unique to Portland. Anna will walk attendees through common compliance challenges, recent enforcement trends, and best practices to help reduce risk while maintaining fair and consistent housing practices. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of their obligations under the FAIR Ordinance and actionable guidance they can implement immediately in their operations.

This in-person meeting is ideal for property managers, owners, and multifamily professionals who value collaborative learning, direct access to legal insight, and meaningful industry connections.
