Join Multifamily NW in Making the Season Brighter

This holiday season, Multifamily NW members are uniting to give back through Project CARE — our annual community giving campaign supporting youth, families, and neighbors in need across Oregon.

Our 2025 goal is to raise $5,000 to provide gifts, essentials, and meals for those who need them most. Every dollar donated helps us reach more lives and bring comfort during the colder months.

2025 Beneficiaries

• Janus Youth Programs — Providing shelter, food, and vital support to vulnerable youth. Your donations help supply warm clothing, personal care items, and holiday gifts for young people experiencing hardship.

• Youth Villages’ Holiday Heroes — Bringing the magic of the holidays to foster youth across Oregon. Every $100 sponsors a youth for the holidays. 

• Oregon Food Bank — Working to eliminate hunger and feed families in need across our communities. A portion of Project CARE funds will help provide meals and nutrition support throughout the winter season.

How You Can Help

• Donate: Contribute to the Project CARE fund to help reach our $5,000 goal. Every contribution supports one of our three partner charities.

• Sponsor a Child: Become a Holiday Hero by sponsoring a foster youth’s wish list through Youth Villages.

• Host a Food Drive: Rally your community or property by collecting nonperishable food items to support the Oregon Food Bank.

• Spread the Word: Download our Project CARE marketing kit with flyers, social media posts, and QR codes to share at your properties and offices.
