Landlord Study Hall is moving to the 2nd Wednesday of the month in 2026! All classes will be held at the Multifamily NW offices in Tigard.

TOPIC: Bring your questions and join us for an interactive, in-person Q&A session with Anna McCormack. This “free-for-all” format is designed for housing provider professionals who want practical, real-world answers to the issues they’re facing right now. From fair housing and screening to local ordinances and day-to-day compliance challenges, no topic is off the table. Attendees will benefit from Anna’s insight, experience, and straightforward explanations, making this a valuable opportunity to gain clarity, share scenarios, and learn from both the discussion and your peers. 

This in-person meeting is ideal for property managers, owners, and multifamily professionals who value collaborative learning, direct access to legal insight, and meaningful industry connections.

Content Leader: 

Anna S. McCormack has been a litigator with Warren Allen LLP since 2003 and represents many of the region’s premier management companies and ownership groups. Ms. McCormack’s civil litigation practice emphasizes landlord’s rights and business disputes. She has appeared in state, federal, tribal, and municipal courts, as well as administrative and appellate proceedings. Ms. McCormack is committed to making the legal process understandable to her clients, and to finding practical and creative alternatives to litigation when possible. Ms. McCormack attained a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati and earned her J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. When she is not parsing the Portland landlord/tenant ordinances or pondering Oregon’s utility billing statute, Ms. McCormack enjoys imagining what she might do if she had spare time.
