Booth Registration Details

Once you select a booth, you will have 20 minutes to complete your registration

Booths are temporarily held during checkout and released if the transaction is not completed

All booth selections are reviewed and confirmed by Multifamily NW

Confirmation emails are sent within one week
Priority Access:
Annual Platinum and Gold Partners receive early booth selection privileges. Some booths may be held to fulfill pre-paid partner requests.
Booth Registration Opens May 14 at 8:00 AM
Booths are expected to move quickly.
Be ready to log in, review the floor plan in advance, and secure your space as soon as registration opens.

Exhibitor Information
Electricity
Electricity must be ordered directly through the Oregon Convention Center (OCC).
You will need your booth number to place an order.
Ordering in advance is strongly recommended. On-site pricing is significantly higher.
Power Requirements

Extension cords must be industrial, 3-prong grounded

Power strips are required if running multiple devices

You will receive ordering information from FERN for:

Exhibitor Policies & Reminders

Exhibits must remain within your assigned booth space

No use of aisles or neighboring booths

All materials, giveaways, and engagement must occur within your booth

Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times

All displays must comply with Oregon Convention Center rules

Helium balloons are not permitted
Food & Beverage
The Oregon Convention Center maintains strict policies regarding outside food and beverage.
Please review OCC Exhibitor Rules & Regulations prior to the event.
