Jon and his team will provide a general overview of asbestos, lead, and mold—how each can impact the built environment. The session will highlight key regulatory requirements, as well as practical considerations for risk management.

Participants will also gain insight into their responsibilities as owners and operators, with strategies to minimize liability while ensuring safe, healthy, and compliant housing for all.
