For our March luncheon, we would like to invite you to join us as Anna McCormack covers wear and tear, depreciation and move-out process in general.

As we know, on August 13, 2022, Ordinance 20670  , also known as Phase I, went into effect and this brought new regulations enforceable by the city. These new regulations include Move-in/Out documentation requirements that includes itemized lists and photos of all items in the apartment.

 Anna McCormack will be presenting best practices for getting those move out's processed while limiting your liability and remaining compliant with the new Eugene regulations as well as requirements for the state of Oregon in general.

Anna S. McCormack joined Warren Allen LLP in 2003. Ms. McCormack attained a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati, and earned her J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College.
 Ms. McCormack’s civil litigation practice emphasizes landlords’ rights, real property and business disputes, bankruptcy, consumer law and employment law. She has appeared in state, tribal, and municipal courts, as well as administrative and appellate proceedings. Ms. McCormack is committed to making the legal process understandable to her clients, and to finding practical and creative alternatives to litigation when possible.
 Ms. McCormack is active in her Northeast Portland Community. Originally from Ohio, she is an avid reader and movie buff, and also loves hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
