Lindsey Adegbite is a partner at Andor and leads the firm’s Washington State practice. She advises housing providers in Oregon and Washington on all aspects of housing law.

Before law school, Lindsey spent ten years in finance. She earned her J.D. and a Certificate in Business and Law from Willamette University College of Law, where she was a Business Lawyering Institute Fellow, Moot Court Board member, and editor of the Social Justice and Equity Journal.

October 15
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM WA LLTL #2 This class covers the application of rent payments and rent increases under recent Washington state laws. It also includes a discussion of Housing Provider responsibilities during the tenancy.
October 22
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM WA LLTL #3 This class helps you navigate situations where a household is violating the rental agreement or failing to meet their responsibilities as tenants. We will cover practical approaches to addressing violations and review the legal methods a Housing Provider can use to terminate a tenancy.
October 29
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM WA LLTL #4 This course provides an overview of the eviction process, detailing court procedures, standard timelines, and the proper handling of a tenant’s abandoned property in compliance with Washington state law.
