She holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, Certified Apartment Manager, and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional credentials from the National Apartment Association and serves as NAAEI Faculty, facilitating credentials and supporting industry education nationwide.
As President and CEO of Katie Rigsby Inspires, LLC, she provides consulting and professional development services designed to strengthen customer service, sales, marketing, leadership, and Fair Housing compliance within property management teams.
