Anna S. McCormack has been a litigator with Warren Allen LLP since 2003 and represents many of the region’s premier management companies and ownership groups. Ms. McCormack’s civil litigation practice emphasizes landlord’s rights and business disputes. She has appeared in state, federal, tribal, and municipal courts, as well as administrative and appellate proceedings. Ms. McCormack is committed to making the legal process understandable to her clients, and to finding practical and creative alternatives to litigation when possible. Ms. McCormack attained a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati and earned her J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. When she is not parsing the Portland landlord/tenant ordinances or pondering Oregon’s utility billing statute, Ms. McCormack enjoys imagining what she might do if she had spare time.
