Event Details

Every 2nd Friday of the month Multifamily NW welcomes landlord/tenant law attorney Jeffrey S. Bennett to present a timely topic around property management.

This month we're going to look at one of the most challenging roles in property management, addressing conflicts between residents—especially when discrimination is involved. This webinar will explore how housing providers can and should respond to tenant-on-tenant discrimination while staying compliant with fair housing laws. We’ll cover best practices for documentation, communication, and intervention, as well as strategies to foster a safe and inclusive community. Attendees will leave with practical tools to navigate these sensitive situations with confidence and professionalism.
