Utility Billing Bill-Back Training

This class is designed to help property management professionals confidently navigate the Utility Bill-Back Addendum (UBBA) and the utility section of the Rental Agreement. With recent updates to forms and increasing complexity around utility billing, it’s more important than ever to ensure these sections are completed accurately and compliantly.
Participants will walk through how to properly complete the forms step-by-step, including when the addendum is required, how to structure different billing methods (Flat Fee, RUBS, and Submetering), and how to clearly describe utility billing practices.
This session focuses on practical application—giving attendees the tools and clarity needed to implement immediately.
