Exhibit Hall Hours
Exhibit hall is open from 8:00am to 3:40pm
Exhibiting Policies & Reminders
- Your exhibit must stay within your purchased booth space. No exhibitors may take up aisle space or "spill over" into another booth.
- Flyers, giveaways, activities, etc. are permitted only from within your booth space.
- Exhibitors are required to wear the exhibit name badges provided onsite.
- All exhibits must comply with appropriate fire regulations.
Prohibited items: The following items shall not be permitted in the Facility without the express prior written approval by the OCC Executive Director or designee.
- Helium balloons
- Any hazardous substance or item containing a hazardous substance
- Any signage that cannot be recycled or reused, excluding decals
- Foam core signage
- Single-use plastic bags
- Alcohol
- Fog/Smoke/Laser Lights: No fog or smoke effects or laser light shows shall be permitted without the express prior written approval by the OCC Executive Director or designee. Use of special effects is not limited to the aforementioned items.
Food & Beverage Policies
The Oregon Convention Center has strict food and beverage policies which apply to all exhibitors. OCC reserves the right to request removal of any food or beverage in violation of their policies.
Exhibitor Reps & Lunches
- 4 representatives allowed at each booth (8 for double booths)
- All booths include two (2) lunches for representatives (double booths include four (4) lunches).
- If you did not previously order additional lunches, please stick to the two per booth allotment.
Raffle Prizes
Raffle prizes will be presented on-stage following the conclusion of the last class session in Hall E. Volunteers will be around to collect prizes, draw winners, and winner sheets starting at 2pm.
Exhibitor Teardown:
3:40 PM to 6:00 PM
If you choose to tear down your booth early, please do so in a manner that does not disturb the attendees. The loading docks will not be available before 3:40 pm.
