Do you know that the Multifamily NW Forms Collection has been serving members for 30+ years?

Are you curious about how forms are used on your property? Do ideas for improvement come naturally to you? Would you like to learn more about how the many forms in the Collection can be utilized? Apply to join one of the Multifamily NW Forms Committees!

The Forms Collection relies on its committee members to keep the forms current with changing laws and technology. Each committee meets remotely every month.

There are three Forms Committees and all are recruiting volunteers:

Oregon Forms Committee
Washington Forms Committee
Eugene Forms Sub Committee
