Professional Bio
Lisa Rose is a native Oregonian, born and raised. She began her career in 1996 for third party multifamily companies including; TCRS, Riverstone, Greystar and Avenue5 focusing on development, lease-ups, market rate and value add properties. With over 25 years of experience, Lisa has an intimate understanding of the multifamily industry.
Lisa joined J.R. Johnson, LLC in 2019 as the Director of Business Development and promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in 2022. With a focus on sales and growth strategies by leveraging J.R. Johnson's vision and values which differentiate from industry competitors. With Lisa's past experience, her business development expertise has created and built new relationships within the HOA, Commercial and Multifamily sectors. Lisa is involved with a multitude of associations including Multifamily NW, as the vice president of the foundation board, the co-chair of the service committee and is on the supplier’s council.
