OneApp was born out of the U.S. Housing Crisis. Our company's mission is to help people find housing solutions while making life easier for the Property Manager. OneApp offers many market driven products including OneApp Guarantee which is a co-signing service for renters and coming soon is Lease Assurance. Lease Assurance will co-sign rental applications for almost anyone who earns at least 2x the rent. This will help landlords find qualified applicants faster and allow people to move past rental barriers and into homes they love. It will be equal housing at its absolute best.
