Hot Weather is Coming This Week

Close the blinds, multiple days of 95+ degree temperatures are coming to much of Oregon and Washington this week.

Keep in mind earlier this year SB 1536 amended the Oregon Residential Landlord Tenant Act to limit restrictions on renter use of portable cooling devices from May to September. Read full description and overview here.
