Prepare for Mental Health Awareness Week
Help Share an Important Industry Focus This May
Mental Health Awareness Week, taking place May 18–22, 2026, is an opportunity for the rental housing industry to come together around one shared goal: supporting the people who help our communities thrive every day.
Throughout the week, the National Apartment Association will host a four-part live webinar series designed specifically for rental housing professionals. The sessions will explore how workplace environments, leadership approaches, and company culture impact mental health, wellbeing, resilience, and long-term success within our industry.
As an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, Multifamily NW encourages our members to participate, share these resources with their teams, and help continue important conversations around mental health in the workplace.
What to Expect from NAA During Mental Health Awareness Week 2026
Participants will have access to:
- Four live webinars held Monday through Thursday at 2:30 p.m. ET
- Research-backed insights from nationally recognized experts
- Practical strategies focused on resilience, connection, communication, and workplace support
- A dedicated Reflection Day on Friday to pause, reflect, and put learning into action
The series is designed to provide practical takeaways that can support teams across all areas of the rental housing industry, from onsite operations and maintenance teams to leadership and corporate staff.
We encourage members to share this opportunity internally with their teams, include it in company communications, and participate in the conversation online using #NAAMentalHealthWeek.
