Dear Multifamily NW Members,

We wanted to take a moment and express our sincerest gratitude to the dedicated individuals and companies that unite to form the Multifamily NW family. With great pride Multifamily NW educates and provides the best information and forms for members. Responding the COVID-19 pandemic we quickly pivoted education outreach to various webinar opportunities, reached out to members asking how the association may help during the crisis, equipped staff to continue their duties remotely, and created new forms to help members navigate the new normal of rent uncertainty amidst Stay-at-Home orders and record unemployment claims.

We continue our regular advocacy for fairness and rationality in housing policy, and fight disinformation campaigns that pit residents against housing providers – the harbingers of Portland’s “FAIR” ordinances. Only together we have the best shot of showcasing the professionalism of housing providers, developing solid statewide housing policy that protects the interests of both residents and providers, and rising above the falsehoods that try to malign the industry.
