Multifamily NW welcomes landlord/tenant law attorney Leah Sykes to give an in depth view of Portland’s new Fair Access in Renting “FAIR” ordinances. These new rules overhaul the resident application process and security deposit protocols. Many changes are coming to the Multifamily NW Forms Collection to ensure FAIR compliance and many additional FAIR training opportunities are being planned. Part 1 of a 2 part series.
The FAIR ordinances become effective on March 1, 2020.
