Multifamily NW and the attorneys at Andor Law have upgraded the Oregon Landlord/Tenant law classes. Take advantage of this new 8-part series logically organized and presented for maximum retention and efficiency for busy rental housing providers. These classes may be registered individually or for more advantageous pricing, as a full series!

This Summer, the 8-part series will begin on July 16th and run through September 3rd on consecutive Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

In this Application Process class, you will learn the fundamentals to stay compliant with Oregon law on applications and screening of applicants for housing.

Marcel Gesmundo is a founder/partner at Andor Law. Marcel focuses on compliance and strategic planning for housing providers in Oregon and Washington.
Marcel began litigating in 2011. During his career, his practice has shifted from environmental litigation to real property, commercial and residential leasing and landlord tenant law. Marcel regularly advises clients on legal developments, teaches courses on compliance, and advocates for clients at trial and on appeal.

Additionally, Marcel also provides technical legal support to the housing industry, drafting forms widely used by housing providers in Oregon and Washington. He is also a trusted advisor by industry leaders in the drafting of legislation and policy.
