Heating Maintenance & Repair
Duration: 6–8 hours of classroom training
Format: Typically delivered in two half‑day sessions

The Heating Maintenance and Repair class walks participants through the basics of how heating systems work, what can go wrong, and how to safely fix common issues. Ryan Ridgeway started in the apartment industry in 1998 as a porter/groundskeeper. He currently serves as the Director of Maintenance at GSL. His goal is to provide the highest level of service in the maintenance field that’s achievable in the industry. Ryan has the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician credential and teaches plumbing, electrical and other maintenance classes. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and his specialties include: EPA, CPO, crime free, 5 star certification and natural gas certification.
