Course starts April 23rd through September 24th *
Please note: Dates, locations, and times are subject to change, and this website will be updated accordingly.
The full Course includes a CAMT book, all six in-person modules, the cost of one test, and the online coursework. (Please Note: If you need to retake the test, you will have to pay an additional fee)
Requirements:
To obtain the CAMT credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 12 months of apartment or rental housing maintenance experience. (This can be obtained while taking the course, you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)
- Successful completion of all CAMT coursework
- Pass the examination
