The full Course includes a CAMT book, all six in-person modules, the cost of one test, and the online coursework. (Please Note: If you need to retake the test, you will have to pay an additional fee)

To obtain the CAMT credential, candidates must complete the following:
Minimum of 12 months of apartment or rental housing maintenance experience. (This can be obtained while taking the course, you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)

The course gives learners what they need to know to keep the interior and exterior of the buildings at their community in excellent shape, both through repair and preventive maintenance. This course also teaches participants how to perform “make-ready” activities, and gives them helpful checklists to use on the job.
