In this one-day course on interior and exterior maintenance and repair, you will:

Learn more about make-ready maintenance.

Acquire new repair tips and tricks in key areas identified by expert apartment maintenance technicians.

Perform the identified repairs with greater ability and confidence.

Become even more valuable members of the apartment community.

Pursue the Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT) designation. 

Although this course is targeted at technicians with one year of onsitjob experience, it is also for those with more or less experience who would like to hone few interior and exterior maintenance skills.   

 If you are a CAMT Designee, this class is required and you will be registered automatically. It is required attendance for all CAMT Designee

Zach Howell

Zach Howell is Principal at B.E.A.R Consulting Services, and is a nationally certified Uniform Physical Conditions Standards Inspector, LEED certified, and Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT), carrying more than a decade of experience within the multifamily housing, development, and construction industries. He is also a valued advocate for the Apartment Maintenance trade. He currently serves as Subject Matter Expert for the National Apartment Association, Training Director for the Apartment Maintenance Institute, and is a Community Education Faculty Member at Portland Community College. In addition, he trains and consults locally with Multifamily NW, AHMA, RHA, and NARPM, and is the Chair of the NW Maintenance Coalition.
