Class Duration
This course includes four to six hours of in‑person classroom training.
- For a full‑day class, plan for two 15‑minute breaks and a one‑hour lunch.
- For a half‑day class, plan for at least one 5‑minute break.
Course Overview: Interior and Exterior Maintenance & Repair
This course provides participants with the essential knowledge and skills needed to keep a property’s buildings—both inside and out—in excellent condition. Learners gain an understanding of how to perform routine repairs, identify preventive maintenance needs, and properly prepare units during the “make‑ready” process. The course also includes practical checklists that participants can use on the job to stay organized and efficient.
