Chris Duncan has been with Greystar, formally Riverstone Residential Group, since 2003. Prior to his tenure with Riverstone, his background was focused on general contracting and property management. Chris has a total of 20 years of experience within the multifamily maintenance and property management industry. His primary function as Regional Maintenance Manager includes education and training in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance diagnosis and repair. In addition to on-site training, Chris conducts interactive workshops to ensure consistency and understanding of Greystar policies in addition to state and federal laws. Chris has substantial experience in all aspects of building operations, capital, and rehab projects including developing the scope of work, analyzing bid comparison spreadsheets, and facilitating contractor schedules. He works collaboratively with Regional Property Managers and ownership groups to provide thoughtful and strategic recommendations to further enhance existing assets.
