Webinar: HR Answers - Effective Interview Questions
Multifamily NW Welcomes: Eric Wilson, HR Answers (017)
Haven’t we all suffered from those “Perfect” hires that somehow are found to be a little less-than-perfect once brought on board? I know that there are times that I have wished I had just asked them “that one thing”. During this session we want hear about some of the most Effective Interview Questions that you and other attendees have identified. The facilitator might even have a few ideas to offer as well.
The primary goal of these sessions is leveraging the insight and wisdom of other attendees.
Supplementing that, Eric will offer the following structured overview to the program:
- Common hiring concerns
- Pre-interview concerns
- Legalities of interviewing
- Behavioral-based interviewing
- The “right” questions
Are there some issues that you have seen? Do you have any pearls of wisdom for your cohorts? The facilitator will be bringing some “best practices” while seeking the input of the real professionals – you! Offering interview questions you love (or hate) and situations you would like to develop interview questions to “vet” applicants regarding, in advance of the meeting are requested and are of benefit to everyone. Eric will build in content with your dilemmas and debacles in mind.
Come to this Multifamily NW Webinar session to gain some insights and have the opportunity to field some of your own “What is an effective interview question for….” Challenges. Gain guidance from each other as well as from our HR Answers webinar facilitator. Sending your “special” situations in advance of the meeting (EWilson@HRAnswers.com) is encouraged to allow those elements to be included in the webinar session.
