Performance Review Forms
Are you still conducting performance reviews? Good for you; we like it! Do you dislike the review form you are using? We bet you do. So, let’s talk about best practices and approaches for performance review forms (rating systems, topic areas covered, etc.) to give the kind of information and feedback that we as supervisors, HR, and organizations are looking for and needing to give our employees.
Come and share from your experiences and material used for our discussion. This is your meeting and is intended to be a facilitated discussion (not a class, but we hope education takes place too).
Come prepared to participate and bring along your questions. This is a great time and place to share your “tools and learnings” with other attendees.
