ADVISEMENT: Based on SB 608 passing in Oregon, many rental forms have been legally updated including all rent increase notices, termination notices without stated cause, and non-renewal forms. As of 3/4/19 the electronic form sources the RentalFormsCenter.com and TenantTech.com have been updated, however it’s advisable to continue to consult with legal counsel to reduce your liability. We anticipate paper copies of forms being available next week and Multifamily NW is coordinating trainings for compliance with the new laws in SB 608.ACKNOWLEDGE
