Event Details

Mold contamination continues to receive attention in the media and is a rapidly growing concern for property management companies. Without proper mitigation of a water loss, mold can start to grow in as little as 48 hours. Mold contamination has been identified as a major contributor in building-related illness and poor indoor air quality.

The 3-Hour Mold Remediation course presented by ServiceMaster Restore, looks at the proper procedures needed to properly remediate a mold loss.  The class begins by explaining misconceptions about mold and the true meaning of terminology from the restoration industry.  The course continues by explaining the life cycle of mold and how and why it grows and will learn the proper steps and procedures to properly remediate a mold issue.

Multifamily NW Welcomes: Gerrit Wood, ServiceMaster Restore
