For 2024, join us on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This year we're offering Landlord Study Hall at two locations, on the west side and east side of town.
October's meeting is on the west side of town, at the Multifamily NW offices in Tigard.

Just before the Pandemic changed the world, Portland's FAIR Ordinance came into effect in March 2020. Packed with many unintended consequences, housing providers have been pivoting and deciphering these impediments for more then four years. Join us this month to become reacquainted with FAIR and make sure properties are in compliance.

Multifamily NW welcomes landlord tenant law attorney Anna McCormack of Warren Allen, LLP.
Anna S. McCormack joined Warren Allen LLP in 2003. Ms. McCormack attained a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati, and earned her J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College.
Ms. McCormack’s civil litigation practice emphasizes landlords’ rights, real property and business disputes, bankruptcy, consumer law and employment law. She has appeared in state, tribal, and municipal courts, as well as administrative and appellate proceedings. Ms. McCormack is committed to making the legal process understandable to her clients, and to finding practical and creative alternatives to litigation when possible.
