Paid Leave Oregon (PLO) will be one of the largest changes to the way employers will handle leave related to serious health conditions.  No employer is exempt, and every employee has the potential to be eligible. We will cover the timeline, employee and employer deductions (that started 1/2023), employee eligibility, in-kind benefits, employee return to work, and the policies and practices that you will want to review prior to the claim window opening on 9/3/2023.
