September Landlord Study Hall - Southeast

Multifamily NW's evening education series, Landlord Study Hall is BACK! 

For 2024, join us on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This year we're offering Landlord Study Hall at two locations, on the west side and east side of town. 

September's meeting is in the eastside of town, at the Unity Center in SE Portland.

TOPIC: Understanding Forms: Move-in Strategies

The Multifamily NW Forms Collection has more than 80+ unique forms for use throughout the tenancy. Join us this month to dive into the various forms designed for use alongside the Rental Agreement, to be signed at the beginning of the tenancy. Make sure your tenancies are optimized for the best coverage of rights and responsibilities.

Jonathan Clay has been working in the rental housing industry since 2006, primarily on Multifamily NW’s Government & Public Affairs team advocating and distilling legislative policy priorities to elected officials and members alike. Additionally, he is the staff liaison for the Multifamily NW Forms Collection and the biannual rent and vacancy Apartment Report.
