Eviction 101: Master the Process Before You Need It
Evictions are never fun—but they don’t have to be intimidating. In this fast-paced, practical class, housing providers will learn the step-by-step process of Oregon’s Forcible Entry and Unlawful Detainer (FED) system, from serving the notice to the sheriff lockout.
Instructor Tia Politi, walks you through the real-world mechanics of filing a case, navigating first appearance, negotiating stipulated agreements, preparing for trial, and handling abandoned property. Along the way, you’ll get practical tips to avoid costly mistakes, stay organized in court, and maintain control of the process.
Whether you’re a new landlord or a seasoned housing provider, this class will give you the knowledge and confidence to handle eviction cases professionally, legally, and effectively.
Know the process. Avoid the pitfalls. Protect your property.
