New Webinar Series Launch: Washington Landlord-Tenant Law, Presented by Multifamily NW

Introducing the 4-part Washington State Landlord Tenant Law series from Multifamily NW. Whether you’re new to managing Washington rental properties or you can recite the RCW statues, this educational series will give you a complete snapshot of current rental housing law and best practices in Washington State and in local jurisdictions with different requirements.

Part one of this course provides an overview of the rental application process, key components of rental agreements, the move-in procedure, and best practices for ensuring a successful tenancy from start to finish.

Lindsey Adegbite is a partner at Andor and leads the firm’s Washington State practice. She advises housing providers in Oregon and Washington on all aspects of housing law.

Before law school, Lindsey spent ten years in finance. She earned her J.D. and a Certificate in Business and Law from Willamette University College of Law, where she was a Business Lawyering Institute Fellow, Moot Court Board member, and editor of the Social Justice and Equity Journal.
