This month's HR Answers webinar will focus on Increasing Your Professional Credibility Factor.

This program will focus on key things you can do to improve your working relationships both personally and professionally. These are simple ideas with BIG results. We will discuss:

· simple secrets of Personal Credibility.

· Suggestions for Building and Sustaining Accountability in self/others

· Understanding how people perceive you and how you can find out if you don’t know

· Personal steps you can do to stop Sabotaging yourself

Participants should walk away from this session motivated and energized. Ideas and suggestions will be shared by all participants that you can take back and implement right away. The goal of this program is for attendees to learn and have some reflection time.

Deborah Jeffries serves as Vice President for HR Answers, Inc. She has 30 years experience in the HR field (23 of those in consulting), working with NW employers on employment, employee relations and training. Currently Deborah directs the organization’s retained HR services Program, spends time on business development and marketing and offers consulting.
